The objective of this review is to provide an overview of current understanding of
inappropriate sinus tachycardia, with a brief discussion on diagnosis, mechanisms,
and therapy. I propose a broad and multidisciplinary management approach for the majority
of patients with inappropriate sinus tachycardia.
